We are expanding our highly successful school drumming residencies in Calgary and Edmonton! We are looking for high-energy, creative facilitators who want to lead meaningful, rhythm-based experiences for youth.

• Top-Tier Pay: Earn $35 to $50 per hour (sliding scale) for facilitation.

• Natural Leaders: Confident, positive, and engaging when leading groups of kids (K–9).

• Rhythmically Capable: Possess intermediate to advanced hand percussion skills and a strong internal sense of timing.

• Adaptable & Authentic: Playful, quick on their feet, and comfortable in dynamic school environments.
