Look in, Look out: Four Principles of Ensemble Improv
Inject the power of improvisation into your class culture!
When students are connected to the content, creating their own rhythms, collaborating with their classmates and contributing in service of their ensemble, your class can become a regenerating source of powerful musical conversations!
In this training I’m going to share best practices from 17,000 rhythm circles and how you can overcome hurdles like; non participation, fear of create, improv chaos and tough classroom dynamics. We’ll explore what is happening underneath the music of groups that aren’t working then build the social and musical facilitation skill set to bring your students life-long benefits of ensemble improv.
